Our early harvest olive oil is sourced direct from a single family-owned estate in Lakonia, Greece in the Peloponessian area of Sparta.
They have over four generations of experience in olive oil production. The Koroneiki olives, all from their single estate, single olive cultivar are handpicked and always naturally filtered (never with mechanical means). This is limited production, award winning unfiltered extra virgin olive oil providing 100% authentic extra virgin olive oil in its purest form. The acidity level of the olive oil is 0.13%, almost 7 times lower than what is regulated for Extra Virgin Olive Oils. And as you know the lower the acidity the better the quality.
